A. Cable Extraction Project with Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co., Philippines

 

Form teams on various cable projects, review existing telecommunication network, checking and verification of cable plans for possible extraction;

Work with the project owner thru coordination with their various departments to manage break-out projects and to complete turn-key developments;

Attend site survey visits and inventories of cables to collect information required to complete the cable route plan and coordinates with various entities that may affect the project;

Manage a team engineers and prepare cable route plans for cable verification, identifying and cutting of existing idle underground facilities prior to cable extraction;

Serve as the technical expert by providing the owner options to transfer existing working lines to other cable and make final design decisions favorable to the owner, represent the company on various meetings and also prepare monthly output of the entire extraction project;

Manage the submission of drawings to the appropriate agency in order to obtain the necessary permits to allow us the extraction of cables and prepare extraction schedule of the project;

Effectively manage scope of work changes based on re-occurring situations and develop recovery plans when team misses intended cable/s for extraction;

Supervise extraction/recovery of idle underground facilities and prepare documentation of all cables extracted from time to time; responsibility for timely delivery and completion of the entire recovery cable project;

Prepare documentation for all cables and facilities recovered and engineering plans and turn-over to the owner for future reference  showing cable routes affected;

Manage a team engineers and prepare cable route plan for cable verification, identifying and cutting of existing idle underground facilities prior to cable extraction;

Serve as the technical expert and check plans and also prepare monthly output of the entire extraction project; represent the company in various meetings;
